STEADY FLOW of LEADS: The company has marketing channels that generate a consistent flow of business potential. One is a steady flow of leads supplied to agents from the million dollar advertising budget. The second is a flow of business leads from referral representatives matched to each Agent.
NATURE of BUSINESS: The mortgage business sale is different from other financial services. Clients are looking for a mortgage for their real estate transaction, or refinancing usually based on low rates and not on the long term relationship of a financial advisor or planner.
