Position Description
The Call Center VP will be responsible for strategy and leadership of a fast-growing Inside Sales Call Center. This position will have multiple direct reports and will be leading a total team of 25 members (slated to rapidly grow to 50+). The Call Center is responsible for facilitating the enrollment of qualified and prospective students in the online degree programs of multiple Public and Private Colleges and Universities. (These degree programs currently include Business, Nursing and Education concentrations, however, additional concentrations will be added over the next 12 months). This position will work closely with the Marketing and Outside Sales departments, in order to effectively target and convert leads.
Required
- 10+ years Call Center leadership experience
- Recent and focused experience leading a highly motivated and successful Inside Sales team
- Experience leading a rapidly growing department – responsible for both strategic vision and tactical execution
- Polished executive presence
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level individuals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, high-growth environment
- Exposure to Federal Mandates for Title IV Funding
- A focus on post-secondary education in Business, Nursing or Education / Teaching concentrations
