Position Description
The Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing, rapidly growing and optimizing the performance of an Inside Sales Call Center Team. The Call Center’s goal is to facilitate the enrollment of qualified students in online degree programs (Nursing, Education or Business degree programs). This position will work closely with the Marketing and Outside Sales departments, in order to effectively target and convert leads.
Required
- 6+ years total Call Center experience
- 3+ years experience managing a Call Center teams (8+ team members)
- Recent and focused experience in an Inside Sales environment
- Experience providing detailed reporting on Call Center performance
- Extensive experience hiring, training, supervising, and motivating inside sales team members
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level individuals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
- Education industry experience, ideally with one of the following:
- Exposure to Federal Mandates for Title IV Funding
- A focus on post-secondary education in Business, Nursing or Education / Teaching concentrations
