Paragon IT Professionals is seeking a Plumtree Portal Framework Contractor for a company in Des Moines, Iowa.  This position will provide front-end application development support, development of interfaces to 3rd-party applications and support developed applications for several companies.  This candidate will be an energetic self-starter, responsible for analyzing, designing and coding solutions for rapidly growing companies in the property & casualty insurance industry.  5-7 years overall software development including Web Development, 3+years .Net Programming, C#, Relational Database, Experience with XML, DTD, XSD.  Understanding of BEA Portal environment and insurance experience preferred.
