Work Responsibilities: The Recruiter will source technical professionals for project based job opportunities within the US.
Review resumes, provide technical analysis, utilize state of the art ATS to effectively manage resources; build multiple recruiting networks, social networks and other related recruiting sources. Boolean search methods would be a plus.
Candidate should have the perception and ability to cold call candidates, communicate and qualify candidates with telecom/ technologies and negotiate opportunities.
Requirements:
Education; Bachelors Degree, BA, BS o A minimum of 5+ years technical recruiting/staffing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills are required.
Able to multi-task effectively
