Customer Insights department is looking for a Manager, Business Marketing Analysis to inform core business strategy and shape data-driven marketing activity at one America’s of the strongest, most-respected financial institutions. This individual will report to the Customer Insights department manager and have direct access to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior management, while leading an experienced team of business analysts.
Develop fact-based marketing tools and analysis to aid Senior Management and drive business activities including product development/management, cross-sell, up-sell and customer retention/acquisition.
Provide actionable insights from advanced statistical modeling, data mining, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative analyses.
Participate in strategic marketing decisions related to advertising, direct marketing and positioning.
Partner with cross-functional teams to track and understand trends in customer behavior and the competitive environment.
Synthesize and succinctly present critical data to stakeholders.
Drive superior performance across a team of 3-4 employees through leadership, coaching and development.
Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or another technical discipline and a minimum of 7 years of Quantitative or Credit Risk analysis experience.
In lieu of advanced degree: 2 years of related work experience.
Minimum 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience.
