Senior Financial Analyst - Growth Opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst at a   Successful, Dynamic Company

PSSI has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst with a client located in the Lincoln, New Hampshire area.  They are a growing Specialty Retail company with a solid reputation. This is a fast-paced, highly visible position within the Finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and prepare the company’s annual budgets and monthly re-forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
• Work with operations managers to assist them in creating, analyzing, understanding and meeting their budget objectives.
• Design, build, document and maintain tools and databases to be used by the Finance Department that create efficiencies or provide a manageable means of handling a complex problem
• Perform budget vs. variance analysis on an on-going basis to ensure company progression
• Train staff on financial and analysis systems and provide technical assistance when needed

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of and experience in Financial Analysis
• 5+ years financial analysis experience in direct marketing or retail industries
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Advanced computer skills: specifically in Excel, database analysis (Cognos) and accounting software packages
