Role
- Business Development Manager with focus on generating sales by selling IT services to Fortune 500 and midsize financial services firms clients through direct client relationship
- Hunt and open new accounts
- Grow and Maintain string pipeline of prospective customers
- Identify and establish continuous stream of IT services revenue
- Work with Tele-Sales and Marketing team
- Must be able to manage complete sales life cycle
- Align with companies Mission and Vision and operate using company values
Experience
- Must bring an established rolodex and relationships
- Existing relationship with Financial Services clients is mandatory
- Experienced in new account development, nurture and harvest existing accounts
- Must have verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals/targets
- Must have proven and verifiable rainmaker record
- Must be a seasoned player in the area of selling IT services in Northeast USA
- Experienced in SPIN Selling, Solution Selling or Strategic Selling.
- Should keep abreast of cutting edge strategies in sales, account management and relationship management
- Excellent closing and negotiation skills
- Must be sharp, enthusiastic, and have outstanding written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
